IMW machining capabilities range from close tolerance medical parts to large equipment components. Assembly IMW has a large component assembly area with 10 ton crane lift capacity. This heavy lift capacity allows for large machine assembly combined with heavy loading capability for shipping. IMW employees have extensive experience in the assembly of specialty machines and testing equipment. This includes assemblies requiring electronic and computer controls and pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical actuation. Fabrication & Painting IMW has a complete sheet metal fabrication department with 10 ton lift capabilities. A weld shop with MIG and TIG welding equipment compliments the fabrication shop and provides manufacturing capability for large precision weldments. Engineering & Design IMW employs engineering and design personnel capable of initial product development and design work meeting your specifications. Additionally IMW can design and engineer improvements to existing components for increased functionality and productivity.
